Spring 2026 pastries menu
Our pastries are homemade with the love of good and comfort food. All of them are vegan and made, as much as possible, using carefully selected organic ingredients.
Each recipe is thoughtfully crafted with care, simplicity and respect for quality produce, offering honest, generous and flavourful treats. We put all our love into every creation, so that each bite becomes a truly enjoyable moment.
Most of our pastries are available in a “cupcake” version, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

Mixed berries New York cheesecake
An American classic, a cheesecake topped with a mixed berry coulis, 100% vegan.

Yuzu tart 🍋
Our yuzu tart is both vibrant and delicately tangy, with a silky citrus cream and a crisp base for a perfectly refreshing balance. Meringue option available, as well as a bite-sized mignardise version. 100% vegan.

Blueberry babka
Our blueberry babka is a rich, soft braided brioche, swirled with a generous blueberry filling, whose juices delicately flavour every layer. Available in a large size (35 cm) or medium size (20 cm). 100% vegan.

Bougatsa
A Greek speciality made with delicate, crispy layers of phyllo pastry, filled with a smooth semolina cream delicately flavoured with vanilla, dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon, 100% vegan.

Fraisier
A delicate fraisier made with a smooth vanilla cream, fresh strawberries, a soft sponge, and a light raspberry mousse, for a beautifully balanced fruity harmony. 100% vegan.

Coconut & jam sponge cake
A British speciality, a soft sponge cake filled with red berry jam and delicately coated in desiccated coconut. 100% vegan.

Devil’s chocolate cake
The devil’s chocolate cake is intensely chocolatey, filled with a smooth chocolate mousse and covered in a rich, melt-in-the-mouth ganache. A British speciality, in a 100% vegan version.

This dessert captivates with its lightness on the palate and its pronounced pistachio flavour. Made using ground pistachio cream, and therefore 100% pistachio. 100% vegan.

Double Chocolate donut
Chocolate donut filled with chocolate ganache. 100% vegan. Best enjoyed on the day of production.

The quintessential British cake. A light and fluffy sponge filled with whipped cream and raspberry jam. 100% vegan.
